The only real way to know a mattress is right is to sleep on it. Try your Cozia mattress at home for up to 40 nights. If it's not the right fit, we'll collect it for free and give you a refund or an exchange.
Protect it from night one
To be eligible for the trial, your mattress must be used with a fitted, waterproof mattress protector for the whole trial. It keeps your mattress clean and your trial valid.

1. Scope & eligibility
The Naplux 40-Night Sleep Trial (the "Trial") applies to Cozia Series Uno and Cozia Series Sleepa mattresses purchased directly from Naplux at naplux.co.nz. All other products, including bed frames, bases, toppers, pillows, bedding, accessories and clearance items, are excluded.
The trial period starts on the date your mattress is delivered and ends forty (40) nights later.
2. Usage requirements
To remain eligible, the mattress must be used with a fitted, waterproof mattress protector for the full duration of the trial.
Please sleep on the mattress for at least 14 nights before requesting a refund or exchange. It can take a couple of weeks for your body to adjust to a new mattress.
The mattress must be in clean, hygienic and undamaged condition. Mattresses with stains, spills, mould, odours, pests or physical damage are not eligible.
3. Refunds, exchanges & limits
If you're not happy with the comfort of your mattress within the trial period, you can request either a refund of the price you paid or an exchange for an alternative Naplux mattress model. If the replacement is priced differently, we'll charge or refund the difference.
Refunds exclude any bundle discount you received and the value of any free gift that isn't returned.
Limit: one trial claim (refund or exchange) per customer or household. If you exchange, the replacement mattress is not eligible for a second trial, a further exchange or a refund under this Trial. This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
4. How to make a claim
Complete the return request form and choose 40-night trial return, within 40 nights of delivery. Please include your order number and photos showing the mattress's condition.
Once we've checked your photos, we'll email you to arrange a free pickup. Refunds are processed once the mattress has been collected. For an exchange, we'll arrange delivery of your new mattress.
Returned mattresses are never resold. They are donated to charity or recycled.
5. Your statutory rights (New Zealand law)
This Trial is a voluntary policy offered by Naplux in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
If your mattress is faulty, please make a warranty claim rather than a trial return. Faults are covered by your statutory rights and our 5-year warranty.
