Promotion Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Naplux Sleep New Zealand (“Naplux”).
From time to time, we run competitions (“Competitions”), offer promotional sales and discounts (“Offers”), and provide access to benefits through referral or bonus programs (“Rewards”).
In these Promotion Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Naplux Sleep New Zealand, and “you” or “your” refers to the participant or customer. If you have any questions regarding our promotions, please contact us at contact@naplux.co.nz
By participating in any Competition, Offer, or Reward, you agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms, our general Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.
1. General Promotional Rules
* **Inconsistencies:** If specific terms provided at the launch of a promotion conflict with these Master Promotion Terms, the specific promotional terms will take precedence.
* **No Stacking:** Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by Naplux, promotional codes, discount coupons, and special offers cannot be combined, stacked, or used in conjunction with any other concurrent sale, clearance item, bundle deal, or discount. Only one promotional code may be applied per transaction.
* **Exclusions:** Standard promotional codes and percentage-off discounts exclude delivery charges, assembly services, custom orders, clearance products, and the purchase of gift cards, unless otherwise stated.
* **Cash Value:** Promotional codes, discounts, and rewards hold no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or alternative products.
## 2. Offers, Sales, and Discount Codes
From time to time, Naplux makes promotional offers available via our website, email marketing, SMS, or authorized third parties (such as brand influencers).
### 2.1 Returns of Promotional Purchases
* **Refund Calculations:** If you return a product purchased under an Offer or discount code, you will only be refunded the net amount actually paid at checkout. The promotional discount cannot be applied retrospectively to future or subsequent purchases.
* **Gift with Purchase (GWP) Policy:** If an Offer includes a free or bonus product (e.g., a free pillow with a mattress purchase), the free/bonus product must be returned in its original, unused condition alongside the main qualifying product if a return or refund is requested.
* **Deduction for Unreturned Gifts:** If you retain the free or bonus product, or if it is returned used/damaged, the full Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of that bonus product will be deducted from your final refund amount for the main product.
* **Consumer Guarantees:** Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies your statutory rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
### 2.2 First-Time Customer / Email Welcome Offers
* Valid only for verified new customers residing in New Zealand who have not previously made a purchase or signed up to the Naplux database.
* Requires active subscription to Naplux marketing communications.
* Naplux reserves the right to set minimum spend thresholds (excluding delivery fees) for the code to activate.
* Limited to one redemption per person/household.
### 2.3 Influencer and Social Media Offers
* Valid only during the explicit timeframe published by the authorized Naplux influencer or partner.
* Applies strictly to the parameters defined in the specific campaign (e.g., specified minimum cart values).
* Codes found on third-party coupon aggregator websites without Naplux authorization may be deactivated without notice.
## 3. Competitions and Giveaways
The following terms apply to all prize draws, skill competitions, and giveaways run by Naplux across our digital platforms.
* **Eligibility:** Competitions are open solely to legal residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older. Employees of Naplux, their immediate families, and any commercial partners directly connected to the competition are strictly ineligible to enter.
* **Entry Requirements:** Methods of entry will be clearly stated at the point of interaction. Incomplete, automated, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified immediately.
* **Prizes:** Prizes are subject to availability. Naplux reserves the right to substitute any prize with another item of equivalent or greater retail value without prior notice if circumstances outside our control dictate. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
* **Winner Notification:** Winners will be contacted via the email or social media account used for entry. If a winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of our initial contact attempt, Naplux reserves the right to forfeit the prize or conduct a redraw.
## 4. 'Refer a Friend' Referral Rewards
Our referral program allows existing Naplux customers (“Referrers”) to introduce friends and family (“Referees”) to Naplux.
* **Qualification:** To qualify for a referral reward, the Referee must be a genuine new customer to Naplux, use the unique referral link provided, and meet the minimum spend requirement specified at the time of the campaign.
* **Reward Delivery:** Referral rewards (such as digital gift vouchers) will only be issued to the Referrer after the Referee’s order has cleared our standard validation period and passed any applicable change-of-mind trial window without being returned.
* **Anti-Abuse & Fraud:** Self-referrals, creating duplicate accounts, cross-referring within the same household, or publishing referral links on public coupon forums are strictly prohibited. Naplux reserves the right to void any transaction or cancel issued rewards if suspicious activity is detected by our systems.
* **Program Limits:** Referrers are capped at a maximum of ten (10) successful referral rewards per calendar year unless explicitly authorized otherwise.
## 5. Compliance, Privacy, and Direct Marketing
* **Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007:** Naplux operates in strict accordance with New Zealand anti-spam laws. By opting into any promotion requiring your email or mobile number, you grant consent to receive commercial electronic messages from Naplux. You may opt out at any time using the "Unsolicite/Unsubscribe" link in our communications.
* **Privacy Act 2020:** Personal data collected during promotions will be used solely for the administration of the promotion and ongoing marketing (if opted in), in compliance with our Privacy Policy. We will never sell or distribute your personal information to third-party data brokers.
* **Right to Amend:** Naplux reserves the right to suspend, amend, or terminate any current promotion, Offer, or Competition at any time without notice if required by law, technical issues, or instances of widespread promo abuse.
